Ashikur RahmanSEO and AI Search Specialist

Since AI answers started replacing search clicks, much of my work has been making businesses visible in them: opening sites to AI crawlers, fixing how brands are described, and testing what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini actually say.

My law degrees (LLB, LLM in International Law) taught me to go to the primary source. In AI search that means each vendor's own crawler documentation and what your server actually sends, long before any visibility score.

One person runs the whole loop: I test your prompts, change your robots.txt, rewrite the pages, build the citations and rerun the tests. Nothing is lost between a strategist and a developer.

AI answers, decoded

What AI answers are telling you about your business.

Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini the question your buyers ask, and the answer says a lot about your site. Pick the answer you are getting to see why it happens and how it gets fixed.

Pick what you see

  • Usually fine
Needs a fix

You are not named at all

Seen when you ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Google's AI Mode.

What it means

The answer covers your service and lists other businesses. Usually the engine has too little to go on: its crawler struggles to read your site, or few sources it trusts mention you.

What I do about it

Open your site to the crawlers that feed AI search, make your pages say plainly what you do and where, and build mentions in the sources the answers already cite.

Getting this answer about you?

What gets tested

Six areas between you and an AI citation.

Tools count mentions. The audit finds why the answers look the way they do, from crawler access to the sources the engines trust, so every fix is aimed at a cause.

01

Crawler access

If an engine's crawler cannot fetch your pages, nothing else matters for that engine.

  • robots.txt rules for each AI crawler
  • Firewall, CDN and bot-protection settings
  • What each crawler actually receives
  • Search crawlers versus training crawlers
02

Readable content

Many AI crawlers read only the raw HTML, so text added by JavaScript can be missed.

  • Key text and links in the raw HTML
  • Pages that only render in the browser
  • Content behind tabs, pop-ups or logins
  • Clear titles and headings
03

Entity clarity

Answers name businesses they can identify with confidence.

  • Name, address and services consistent online
  • About page and author details
  • Organization and Person markup with sameAs
  • Profiles that confirm who you are
04

Answer-ready pages

AI answers lift clear, specific passages from pages.

  • Direct answers to buyer questions
  • Facts stated plainly: areas, services, credentials
  • Sections that make sense on their own
  • Comparison and alternatives pages
05

Third-party sources

AI answers lean heavily on what others say about you.

  • Directories and review sites the answers cite
  • Your existing citations: missing or inconsistent
  • Industry publications and best-of lists
  • Where competitors appear and you do not
06

Today's AI answers

The baseline: what the engines actually say now.

  • Your buyer prompts in four engines
  • Whether you are named, and how
  • Which sources each answer cites
  • A baseline to measure changes against

AI visibility report

Your AI visibility report, engine by engine.

Within 5 business days: what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI say about you today, and what to change first.

  1. 01

Where you stand, in one page

How AI answers see your business now, the biggest gap and the first moves.

  2. 02

    Your prompt baseline

The buyer questions I tested in each engine, whether you were named, and which sources were cited instead.

  3. 03

    Crawler test results

What each AI crawler received from your server, and which rules or settings blocked it.

  4. 04

    Citation and entity gaps

Wrong or missing facts about you, where they come from, and the sources competitors are cited from.

  5. 05

    Advice you can skip

Popular AI visibility tips that would change nothing for your site, such as treating llms.txt as a ranking fix.

Citation sprint

Two weeks to become citable.

On-site fixes and citation building from the report, then your prompts rerun to show what moved.

01

AI crawler access fixed

robots.txt, firewall and CDN settings changed so the crawlers you want reach your pages, then tested again.

02

Content crawlers can read

Key text moved into the raw HTML where your stack allows, so your pages no longer look empty to crawlers.

03

Entity markup and profiles

Organization and Person markup with consistent sameAs links, and an About page that states clearly who you are.

04

Citable page rewrites

Priority pages reworked so the answer to each buyer question is stated plainly near the top.

05

Citations built

Your listings created or corrected on the directories AI answers cite for your service, with the same details everywhere, plus a plan for publications worth pitching.

06

Prompt tracking set up

Your buyer prompts recorded with today's answers, ready to rerun so every change is visible.

From prompt to citation

From first prompts to tracked results, in four steps.

Each stage ends with something you can see: a baseline, a report, then your prompts rerun.

  1. 01

    Brief

    Day one

You tell me your services, your area and the competitors you lose to. For a sprint you also give me access to the site or its code.

  2. 02

    Baseline

    Days one to three

I run your buyer prompts in each engine, test what every AI crawler receives from your server and map the sources that get cited.

  3. 03

    Report

    By day five

The AI visibility report arrives with your prompt baseline, and I answer questions about it for a week.

  4. 04

    Fix and track

    Optional, 2 weeks

I make the on-site fixes, start the outside-source work and rerun your prompts so you can see what changed.

Who it suits

Built for businesses buyers already ask AI about.

If one of these sounds like you, the audit shows exactly why AI answers pass you over, and the sprint fixes it.

A strong fit if

  • AI assistants describe your business wrongly or not at all
  • Competitors get named for your service and you do not
  • Your buyers now ask ChatGPT before they search
  • You rank on Google but never appear in AI answers
  • Your site sits behind Cloudflare or another firewall

Tested, not guessed

Every finding backed by what a crawler actually received or what an engine actually answered.

Before and after on your prompts

Your prompts rerun after the work, side by side with the baseline, so you see exactly what changed.

Inside each platform's rules

No spam lists, fake reviews or tricks that get a brand dropped from answers later.

No lock-in

I change nothing without your OK, I log every change, and you can stop whenever you like.

My promise

I make your business easy for AI engines to reach, understand and trust, and I show you the before and after. Which sources an answer cites is the engine's decision, and engines favour businesses that are clear, consistent and well referenced. That is exactly the work I do.

When GEO can wait

Not sure? Send me the prompts you care about and I will tell you honestly.

  • No website yet

AI answers need something to cite. Start with a site and a few profiles, then this work pays off.

  • Paid placement plans

Buying spots on spam lists or posting fake reviews can get a brand dropped. I build citations that hold up.

  • A brand-new business name

Engines need time and sources to learn a new name. The work still helps; expect a longer runway.

GEO questions

GEO, answered.

What business owners ask before trusting someone with their AI visibility.

Is GEO different from SEO?

It overlaps a lot. SEO is about ranking in search results. GEO is about being one of the sources an AI answer draws on and names. Both need a site crawlers can reach and understand, so the technical work is shared and the content and outside-source work differs.

Will ChatGPT and Perplexity start naming my business?

That is what every fix works towards. I remove the reasons you are skipped and build the signals engines rely on: crawler access, a clear identity and mentions in sources they trust. Which sources an answer uses is the engine's call, so I track your prompts before and after and show you exactly what changed.

How do you measure AI visibility?

With a fixed list of prompts your buyers would ask, run in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI features. I record whether you are named, how you are described and which sources are cited instead, then rerun the same list after the work.

How long until AI answers change?

It depends on the engine. Answers that search the web live, such as Perplexity or ChatGPT with search, can reflect fixes within weeks of a recrawl. What a model learned in training changes only when it is retrained. I track both kinds of prompt so you can see the difference.

Should I block GPTBot to protect my content?

That is a business choice, and the audit shows the trade-off. GPTBot collects training data, while OAI-SearchBot is what surfaces sites in ChatGPT search, and they are controlled separately. Blocking the search crawlers is what costs visibility.

Does schema markup get me into AI answers?

Google says no special markup is needed for AI Overviews or AI Mode. Markup still helps confirm who you are, especially Organization and Person with sameAs links, so I add what is accurate, not as a shortcut.

Do I need llms.txt?

Google says its search ignores llms.txt, and no major AI search vendor has documented using it. It is cheap and harmless, so I add it when it helps tools read your documentation, not as a visibility fix.

Do you work outside my website too?

Yes. Many AI answers cite directories, review sites and publications, so I build citations for you: I create or correct your listings on the sites that matter for your service, keep your details consistent across them, and plan which publications are worth pitching.
