Who is responsible
seogeoaeo.si is run by Ashikur Rahman, an independent SEO and AI search specialist. For anything about your data, write to contact@seogeoaeo.si.
What is collected
- Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, website, the service you choose, your message and the page you sent it from.
- The free AI visibility checker: the domain you enter. If you ask to see the fixes, also your email address and a short summary of the result.
- Messages you send directly by email or WhatsApp, and anything you include in them.
The checker reads public pages of the domain you enter: the homepage, robots.txt, the sitemap and llms.txt. It does not log in, submit forms or keep copies of the pages.
Why it is used
To answer your enquiry, prepare the work you ask about and deliver it. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for anyone's marketing, and you are not added to a newsletter unless you sign up for one.
The services that handle it
- Lovable hosts the website and its server functions.
- Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox by email.
- Lovable Cloud stores form submissions in the site's database, when that database is enabled.
- Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are read, so I can see what is useful.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
- WhatsApp handles any conversation you start there, under WhatsApp's own terms.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and to carry out any work that follows, and for records of paid work. You can ask for deletion at any time, and it will be done unless a record must be kept for accounting.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read and which forms are sent. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga) that last up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and the reports show totals, not named people. The site sets no advertising cookies and is not used to show you ads elsewhere.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Send the request to contact@seogeoaeo.si, through the contact page or on WhatsApp, and it will be answered personally.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. Please do not send personal data about anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If what is collected or who handles it changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
